Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Because we prepare and label shipments early each morning, orders are not shipped the same day they're placed. An order placed today will typically begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If we anticipate a delay — for example, during high-volume periods or due to an inventory issue — we'll reach out to let you know.

Estimated delivery times are in addition to the 1–2 business day processing window and are not guaranteed. They reflect transit time once the carrier picks up your package and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders over $50 (calculated after discounts and before taxes) shipped within the United States. The discount appears at checkout once your cart meets the minimum.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and typically range from 10-22 business days after your order ships.

Please note:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local customs authority, not by us.
  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not reflected in our delivery estimates.
  • Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that items can be legally imported to their destination.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to begin updating.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@suzyszoostore.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

For packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received, we're glad to help you open an investigation with the carrier, though we cannot be responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error, contact us right away — we can only update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
